  • Delivery Charges

We deliver nationwide.

Due to the rapidly rising fuel prices in South Africa, we will be increasing our shipping charges effective immediately (06/06/2022).   We thoroughly apologise for any inconvenience caused.  We are working on alternate shipping arrangements to try and reduce the costs involved with delivery.

  • Delivery Times

Mondays - Fridays: 08h00-17h00 (Excluding Public Holidays)

Most of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Once your order has been paid for and dispatched, we will deliver your product within 7 working days thereafter depending on where the delivery is due. (Note that delivery estimates exclude 1 – 2 days for processing. This time allows for credit card and EFT payments to reflect in our account.)

In case of products being out of stock or special products requiring extended dispatch and delivery times, we will contact you with the appropriate delivery information.

We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. However, if there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you by email or phone.  If you have been notified of a dispatched order and have not received it in time, please send us an email on


  • Heavy Orders

If your order exceeds 50kg, we will contact you shortly after payment to quote you with a price for delivery.  It will state “Free Delivery” at checkout, however we will be in contact with delivery fees and charges via email.  You will be sent a PayFast payment link where delivery charges can be paid.  Please note that you will only receive PayFast payment links from


  • Store Pick Up

You may take delivery by either you or your collection agent collecting from us at 110 Archary Road, Clairwood, Durban.   Collection hours: Weekdays: 8.30 am – 4.30pm (excluding public holidays).

Please bring your invoice with you to validate your order upon collection.

  • Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 


  • Missed Delivery

The courier will call prior to delivery using the number provided at checkout.  If the courier is unable to deliver the order, they will arrange an alternate time with you.  The courier company will leave a calling card with information on how to contact them.  You may be required to pick up your order from the courier depot.  If you have missed your delivery and incur re-delivery fees, A H Khan Wholesale will not be held liable.


  • Lockdown

Due to the constraints on supply, staff and courier delivery, orders may take longer than normal. Please bear with us during this difficult time.
