Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping Rates

  • KwaZulu-Natal:
    • Orders 0-20kg: R100
    • Orders 20.1-49kg: R150
  • Rest of South Africa:
    • Orders 0-20kg: R175
    • Orders 20.1-49kg: R275

Heavy Order Rates

For orders exceeding 49.1kg, we will provide a custom quote based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address. Please contact us for a specific quote.

Please note: These rates are subject to change. We will always communicate any changes to you before processing your order.

Dispatch Times

  • Business Days: Monday - Friday (Excluding Public Holidays)
  • Dispatch Window: Most orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days of receiving payment.
  • Processing Time: Please note that processing time allows for credit card and EFT payments to reflect in our account. This may add 1-2 days before dispatch.
  • Out-of-Stock or Special Items: You will be contacted with updated delivery information for out-of-stock or special items.
  • Delivery Delays: We strive for fast delivery, but any delays will be communicated via email or phone.
  • Missing Orders: If you haven't received a dispatched order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@ahkhanwholesale.co.za

Delivery Times

  • Delivery Window: 7 working days after dispatch (excluding processing time).

Heavy Orders (Over 49.1 Kg)

  • Quote for Delivery: Orders exceeding 49.1 Kg will require a delivery quote. We will contact you shortly after payment with a quote and a PayFast payment link.
  • PayFast Payment: Only pay delivery charges through PayFast links sent from accounts@ahkhanwholesale.co.za

Store Pick Up

  • Location: 110 Archary Road, Clairwood, Durban.
  • Collection Hours: Weekdays (excluding public holidays) from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Requirements: Please bring your invoice for collection.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Email: You will receive a tracking number with dispatch confirmation.

Missed Delivery

  • Delivery Attempt: The courier will contact you before attempting delivery.
  • Redelivery: If the courier cannot deliver, they will arrange a redelivery or leave a card with contact information. You may need to pick up your order from the depot.
  • Redelivery Fees: A H Khan Wholesale is not liable for redelivery fees incurred due to missed deliveries.

Lockdown Restrictions

During periods of lockdown or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be affected. We will keep you updated on any delays.
